Unless someone can independently verify this email, I’m calling bullshit. This doesn’t read like something a professional intelligence analyst would write. But it does read exactly like what a 15-yearold kid in a Guy Fawkes mask pretending to be a professional intelligence analyst would write like.
The part about “refusing to conform to the established political process” is especially telling. That’s something an activist would write. Professionals working in the security establishment aren’t going to write about “the established political process”. To them, there’s only “the political process”. Nothing exists outside the establishment.
I’m not even going to get into to how the NDAA provides no clear authority for dealing with Occupy. If you’re not a gullible rube you should already know this part. But the fact that “THIS ANALYTICAL SECURITY CONSULTANT” invokes NDAA as if it’s relevance should be self-evident is another tell that this is fucking fake as a three dollar bill.
I bet the little script kiddie who wrote has no idea that the NDAA was about more than the detention language, and that NDAAs are passed every three years as part of the normal course of legislative business.
More emails released from the AntiSec hack of Stratfor reveal that they suggested “quietly” passing the NDAA to “deal with” Occupy.
